Judy contacted me for bridals to be done in her home state of Texas because her wedding was to be out of state. She wanted a country feel to her bridals, and boy did we supply! I took Judy to the Tomball Museum District: the gorgeous Historic Methodist Church, the Tomball Farm Museum and the log cabin, all next door to one another. A recent rain had made the walls of the Farm Museum come to life with bright contrasting colors. She was elated to show me her wedding boots, and we had a grand time working with her beautiful yellow lab. Judy’s birdcage veil was accented by a peacock themed hairpiece. The bright pop of color with her white gown made stunningly chic images with a country feel. Thankfully, this location has multiple covered spots, so that the showers that dotted out shoot didn’t stop us. We could move to the white gazebo, to the log cabin porch, or behind the log cabin to the covered area where we could wait for rain to pass if needed. The frame used is one of our props. Judy’s megawatt smile lit up our picture session in spite of the rain. Post production we were able to make high contrast sepia images for a truly unique country feel.
