A wedding for the books
If the engagement session and bridals told me anything, it was that the upcoming wedding would be epic. Often times, couples ask me how fast we can get through pictures. Not Quen and Louise. The two of them clearly had two goals: lots of fun, and lots of pictures. I love it when this happens! The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch has recently gone through multiple renovations to their landscaping, and it really shows in the pics. The guys, who were ready first, took the opportunity to try to “show up” the girls in their antics, from girly poses, to ring spinning on tables. The effect is amazing. Next, the girls had their shot to get things going. From candid shots walking from location to location, to commandeering a golf cart (with permission of course), the theme felt much like a sprint to see how much fun we could have in the shortest amount of time, while still taking pictures.
Let the good times roll!
Louise and Quen opted for a short ceremony outside, followed by a hopping party for the next several hours. The backdrop of the wedding set to the lake and fountain was serene and gorgeous, and the couple’s joy really showed in the pictures. After, we took a few family shots, a few couples pictures, and then, it was time to put on the dancing shoes!! The entire family got on the dance floor off and on the whole evening. From experienced dancers, to karaoke at one point, every song was a party, and everyone enjoyed themselves! I had to hand it to the guys, who were a mainstay on the dance floor the entire night. Most times, you see girls dancing with other girls, but this was an exception. This wedding is for sure one I’ll forever remember. Both for the fun, and the love. Enjoy!!
