Amanda is the kind of person who lights up your day when you see her. You can walk in to where she works, having the crappiest day imaginable, and leave there feeling better about it. So when she told me she was getting married, I stopped what I was doing and told her what I do for a living. 20 minutes later, we were planning shoots. From the engagement session in Sugar Land Town Center, to bridals, and even their enchanting wedding (pictures coming very soon!) in an incredible Catholic church, everything about Amanda’s shoots has been nothing short of picture perfect. For bridals, we discussed lots of options. Some perfectly legal, some with the prospect of possibly hopping a fence or two. I lose track. We stayed on this side of the law, and chose Clear Lake Park, the Bay Area Historic Museum, and private property out here in clear lake (the fields and trees). Our tour de Clear Lake turned into this enchanting journey from the old historic southern belle feel of the museum, to the dock over the water and the deamlike state of her lakeside pictures, to being fun loving and hopping in a swing, then to her childhood home to take pictures in the fields she grew up in. It was so much about Amanda as a whole, reflected in her locations. We loved every minute of it! Come see for yourself!
