When gamers wed
David and Kathy are literally the world’s cutest gamer couple. Meeting them was very much akin to finding a best friend you didn’t know you were missing. And listening to them both talk about their passions for gaming, comics, comicons and cosplays, made me realize that I absolutely HAD to shoot this wedding. Then they let me in on the big surprise: this wedding would be themed using elements from The Legends of Zelda. Yes, Zelda. From Rupee favors, to green uplighting, and even an incredible sword to cut the cake (an Imagine That Pix first, to be certain), they kept this formal, classy wedding fun. Classical music choices were paired seamlessly with current hits and even the Aggie War song. It remains a favorite wedding of mine!
The best of wedding vendors
It isn’t often I get the opportunity to work with such talent. The venue, The Belltower on 34th , is award winning and acclaimed in the wedding industry, and for good reason. Staff were accommodating and professional, and the venue is phenomenal. The flowers were a collection of simple, elegant, and chic, done by the wonderful florists out at E. Johnston Designs. Hair and makeup were expertly crafted by Chamak, and might I add both lovely ladies that came out were a blast to work with! This dream team really put forth a lot of effort into making these images possible. Kudos to you all!!
